Before reporting a bug
- Make sure you're using the latest version of TranSend from the Play Store
- Try restarting the app
- Check your internet connection for cloud transfer issues
- For local transfers, make sure both devices are on the same WiFi network
What to include in a bug report
- A clear description of what went wrong
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- Your device model and Android version
- TranSend app version (Settings โ About โ Version)
- Screenshot or screen recording if possible
Response time
We aim to respond to all reports within 48 hours. Critical bugs (app crashes, data loss) are treated as top priority.
