Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using TranSend, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use TranSend.

2. Description of service

TranSend is a file transfer application that enables users to send files via local WiFi network or cloud upload. Features include transfer codes, configurable expiry, burn-after-download, password protection, scheduled delivery, and download notifications.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TranSend to:

• Upload, share, or distribute illegal content of any kind
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious software
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or storage quotas
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the app or backend
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service

4. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted

5. Storage and plan limits

Free plan: Limited cloud storage, limited file size per upload, and transfers expire within 12 hours.

Pro plan ($4.99/month): Expanded cloud storage, larger file size limit, transfers can expire in up to 30 days, end-to-end encryption, and higher concurrent transfer limits.

We reserve the right to enforce these limits and to suspend or terminate accounts that exceed them or attempt to circumvent them.

6. Content ownership

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By uploading files, you grant Nexora Studios a temporary, limited license to store and serve those files solely for the purpose of providing the transfer service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Content removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders without notice.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages, data loss, or interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

TranSend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of TranSend.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of TranSend after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced via the app.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
