Short version: TranSend Local does not require an account, does not upload your transferred files to our servers, and sends files directly between devices over your local network. We do not sell your data.

TranSend Local is developed and operated by Nexora Studios. Website: transendapp.org.

2. How TranSend Local works

TranSend Local does not require an account. Files are sent directly between devices over the same Wi-Fi, hotspot, or local network. The app does not upload your transferred files to TranSend servers, and file contents are not stored by Nexora Studios.

TranSend Local may store the following locally on your device — none of it is sent to our servers:

The app may open website or legal links (such as this page) only when you tap them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any external site you visit this way.

Because TranSend Local does not require an account and does not store your transferred files on our servers, most of your data lives only on your device and is under your control there — in Settings, you can clear transfer history and known devices at any time.

9. Children

TranSend Local is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, use the Report a Bug page to let us know.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of TranSend Local after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
