By downloading or using TranSend Local, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TranSend Local is provided for nearby file sharing. Files are sent directly between devices on the same Wi-Fi, hotspot, or local network. Transfers happen directly between your devices; Nexora Studios does not control or inspect file contents.
TranSend Local v1 has no subscription or payment requirement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Future cloud or Pro features, if introduced, may come with their own separate terms — clearly labeled as such when launched, and not active in v1.
You may not use TranSend Local to share:
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, hack, or disrupt the app. Do not use TranSend Local for unauthorized sharing of content you don't have the right to share.
You are solely responsible for the files you send and receive using TranSend Local, and must have the rights or permission to share any content you send. Transfers happen directly between user devices; Nexora Studios does not control or inspect file contents.

TranSend Local is provided "as is." Nearby transfer quality depends on factors outside our control — device performance, Wi-Fi or hotspot quality, storage speed, battery, and the permissions you grant the app. We do not guarantee a particular transfer speed or success rate.
TranSend Local v1 has no subscription, payment, or billing requirement. There is nothing to purchase and nothing to cancel.
TranSend Local is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TranSend Local after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
